Just when I thought I was back on track... BAM! A snow day! How much fun that was, I spent the day cleaning the house with my mom before we went on a hockey tournament with my brother and his team; "Mrs. B's". They places 6th out of 8 places, which isn't too bad considering they've only ever won ONE game... anyways, this past week I spent using whatever footage I had to create little background tracks for some voice over interviews. I have now FINISHED (captions and all) up to 5 minutes of the movie. Only 25 more to go! Haha.
Above is a beautiful picture of some Christmas baulbes taken at my grandparents house on
Christmas.

Post for January 4, 11
Well I figured out why I missed so many blog posts. I was away for three weekends! December 21, 28 and now January 4. The reason why I missed the latest blog post was because my grandma (Mirjami Annala) passed away on January 10th and before that she was extremley sick. I'm still emotional about it. For the Funeral I was asked to make the slideshow of pictures AND the soundtrack. I Guess even when your Mummu (Grandma in Finnish) dies you still have to work crazy!!!!!! Here is the Obituary:
ANNALA, Mirjami - Peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital, General Site with her family by her side on Thursday, January 10, 2008 in her 76th year. Beloved wife of the late Erkki Annala. Loving mother of Helena Annala, Heikki Annala, Sinikka Cooper (Les Webster) and Maarit Steinwedel. Proud grandmother (Mummu) of Craig, Kirsi, Eric, Liisa and Mitchel. Special companion of Pentti Torala. Mirjami will be sadly missed by family and many friends in Canada and Finland. A funeral service will be held at the ARTHUR FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE on Sunday, January 13, 2008 at 3 pm. Rev. Rudy Hyvarinen officiating. Interment Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation or to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. www.mem.com

Mkaeup Post for December: 7,14, 21, 28
There's SIX days that I've missed posting! (Sorry!) Basically I've been working my butt off to finish this video (without any footage). I've been going crazy doing fundraisers as well. Today Mr. Wrigley was a bit strange. He exclaimed "Give it to me girl!" while asking for a story for yearbook.
Anyways, onto things that matter. In December (before Christmas) we made NOTEPADS and SCREEN PRINTING. Both my friends Megan and Stacey had their designs chosen to be made into t-shirts.
Basically most of this time was spent taking pictures for yearbook (which class I'm not in!).
For Christmas I went to Toronto to visit my dad. we had a fun time, and went skiing -- snowboarding for my brother-- and shopped. We also spent alot of time with out Torontonian grandparents (born in both Germany and England). It snowed alot while we were there.
To cap off the year we spent some time back in Sault Ste. Marie with our mom, and played fun board games + movies on new years eve. The day before new years eve day, I was invited to a birthday party where I had loads of fun with all the korah musical theatre people who graduated last year. I must say, I miss the "Grade 13 IB Music Lounge Grads", as they have been dubbed by Mrs. Williams and I.
I WOULD put pictures on, but the problem is that the downloader isn't working!
